All our kitchens are hand-crafted in our workshop just outside of North Berwick in Scotland. This gives you an opportunity to create a unique, bespoke kitchen entirely from scratch.

All our kitchens can be fully tailored to your wishes and to exact room dimensions. We don’t rely on standard sizes. For example, if a cabinet needs to be 536mm, we can make it 536mm. We never have to compromise on our design. Learn more about our design process here.

You will receive an exact delivery date when final site survey is complete, or when confirmed measurements have been submitted. Delivery time is approximately 8-10 weeks from this point, although additional time may be required for periods of high volume.

We assume responsibility for the delivery of your kitchen and responsible for the insurance during delivery.

We do! You’ll find our showroom in Fenton Barns on the outskirts of North Berwick. Unfortunately, we don’t offer drop-in visits, all visits must be booked in advance.

We don’t offer an installation service, but we can direct you to the best installers in your area. If you have your own installer, we recommend you make sure they are well-acquainted with installing bespoke kitchens. There is a significant difference between installing mass-produced kitchens and fully customised, bespoke kitchens.

We regularly make site visits throughout Scotland’s central belt.

If your new kitchen is replacing an existing kitchen, or going in an existing space, we can organise a home visit to take measurements prior to starting the design process. If you’re working on a larger project and have appointed an architect, we will initially work from their plans and conduct a site visit once the space is ready.

Our kitchen cabinet frames come with a 10-year material warranty. All Blum hardware is covered by a lifetime warranty.

We assume full responsibility for the entire delivery process, right to your front doorstep. We will, of course, repair or replace any damaged items caused due to transportation.

We offer appliances from the market's leading suppliers, including Siemens, Neff, Bosch, Bora, AEG, Fisher & Paykel, Gaggenau, Miele, Falmec, Elica, Rangemaster, Mercury, Liebherr, and more. Your kitchen designer will guide you through the options. You can learn more about our appliances here.

80% of the total cost is paid upfront in order for us to progress with the order. The remaining 20% will be due no later than 7 days before the kitchen is delivered.

Our kitchens are made-to-order and are specific to your requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

We pride ourselves in our work. In the event that there are mistakes made on our part, we will make them right.

Our kitchen cabinets are manufactured with 18mm melamine material in carbon, oak or walnut. Doors are made of high-quality oak, ash, larch, walnut, Valchromat, bamboo and MDF, painted or stained in any colour.

Drawers are carbon Legrabox from Blum. As an option, you can choose solid wooden dovetail drawers in oak, ash or walnut. See our options here.
